Todd founded Land Pros after 16 years as an Ag Banker. His career started with the Federal Land Bank, which later became Farm Credit Services. From there, The Commercial Banking Industry hired him to develop their Agricultural Programs. We still do a lot of work for Ag Banks, Attorneys and Individuals, However our primary business is marketing Farms and Ranches. We do anything from Farm and Ranch Appraisals, Equipment Appraisals, Cattle Appraisals, Auctions and Private Treaty Sales. Any advice we can offer anyone needing assistance in Ag related areas.

In addition to being a real estate specialist, Todd is a Farmer/Rancher himself. He is the past President of the Stephens County Cattlemen’s Association. He is Chairman for the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts. He is a former President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Association. He also competed in the 2002 World Auctioneer Championships, and has been a finalist each of the last ten years at the State Auctioneer Championships. In addition to his regular auction and real estate schedule, Todd always finds the time to volunteer for numerous charities, and benefit auctions.

Tammy was the Main Street Duncan Director for 8 years, was a top 3 finalist for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Main Street Director of the year and the 2013 recipient of the James P Garis Memorial award for community leadership. Tammy was a nominee for the Duncan Chamber of Commerce Woman of the year 2 years consecutively. She also served on the community action council committee for hotel/motel tax through the Duncan Convention and Visitors Bureau for 3 years.Tammy has been the office manager at Land Pros since Jan, 2016. She has taken the time for Todd to mentor her in the real estate business, as well as teaching her about Multi-Property and equipment auctions.
